2. Hangi bilgileri topluyoruz
Sitede üyelik yoktur; gezinmek için hiçbir bilgi vermeniz gerekmez. Kişisel veri yalnızca bir formu kendiniz doldurduğunuzda alınır.
İletişim formu
Ad soyad, e-posta adresi, telefon numarası (isteğe bağlı), konu ve mesaj metni. Kötüye kullanım ve istenmeyen ileti denetimi için gönderim anındaki IP adresi mesaja eklenir.
İnsan kaynakları başvuru formu
Ad soyad, e-posta adresi, telefon numarası, doğum yeri, doğum tarihi, başvurulan pozisyon, eğitim ve deneyim bilgileri ile başvuru metni.
Teknik kayıtlar
Barındırma altyapısı, tüm web sitelerinde olduğu gibi sunucu erişim kayıtları (IP adresi, tarih-saat, istenen adres, tarayıcı bilgisi) tutar. Bu kayıtlar güvenlik ve arıza tespiti amacıyla oluşur.

Bu bilgiler reklam veya pazarlama amacıyla kullanılmaz; size onayınız olmadan tanıtım iletisi gönderilmez. Verileriniz satılmaz ve pazarlama amacıyla üçüncü taraflara aktarılmaz.
4. Meslek sırrı
Serbest muhasebeci mali müşavirler, 3568 sayılı Kanun uyarınca öğrendikleri bilgiler bakımından meslek sırrını saklama yükümlülüğü altındadır. Büroya ulaşan bilgiler bu yükümlülük çerçevesinde korunur.
5. Kimlerle paylaşılıyor
Bilgileriniz, aşağıdaki hizmet sağlayıcıların altyapısı üzerinden işlenmesi zorunlu olduğu ölçüde paylaşılır:
- Barındırma ve e-posta altyapısı: Sitenin ve büro e-postasının çalıştığı sunucu hizmeti.
- İçerik dağıtım ağı (Cloudflare): Site trafiği güvenlik ve hız için bu ağ üzerinden geçer. Ayrıca çerez kullanmayan, kişi bazlı profilleme yapmayan toplu ziyaret istatistiği (Cloudflare Web Analytics) toplanır.
- Google Haritalar: Yalnızca İletişim sayfasındaki harita çerçevesi için; haritayı görüntülediğinizde tarayıcınız Google'a istek gönderir.
Ayrıca yetkili kamu kurumlarının mevzuata dayalı talepleri karşılanır. Bunun dışında üçüncü kişilerle paylaşım yapılmaz.
6. Ne kadar süre saklıyoruz
- İletişim mesajları: Yazışma tamamlandıktan sonra makul bir süre; en çok 2 yıl.
- İş başvuruları: Başvuru değerlendirmesi sonrasında en çok 1 yıl; ardından silinir.
- Sunucu erişim kayıtları: Altyapı sağlayıcının teknik saklama süresi kadar.
Mevzuat daha uzun bir süre öngörüyorsa o süre uygulanır.
7. Güvenlik
Site yalnızca HTTPS üzerinden yayın yapar. Formlarda CSRF koruması, bot koruması (güvenlik sorusu) ve tuzak alan kullanılır. Yönetim paneli parola ile korunur ve arama motorlarına kapalıdır.
8. Çerezler
Sitede reklam ve analitik çerezi kullanılmaz. Ayrıntı için Çerez Politikası'na bakabilirsiniz.
9. Haklarınız
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu'nun 11. maddesindeki haklarınızı kullanmak için KVKK Aydınlatma Metni'nde açıklanan yolla başvurabilirsiniz.

Bu politika gerektiğinde güncellenir. Yürürlük tarihi sayfanın başında belirtilir.

2. What we collect
There are no user accounts and browsing requires no information. Personal data is collected only when you complete a form yourself.
Contact form
Name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), subject and message. The IP address at the time of submission is appended to the message for abuse and spam control.
Job application form
Name, e-mail address, phone number, place of birth, date of birth, position applied for, education and experience details, and your application text.
Technical logs
As with any website, the hosting infrastructure keeps server access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested path, browser information) for security and fault diagnosis.

- To respond to your question or application
- To send the information you requested
- To run recruitment processes
- To keep the site secure and prevent form abuse
- To meet statutory retention and evidence obligations
This information is never used for advertising or marketing; no promotional message is sent without your consent. Your data is not sold and is not transferred to third parties for marketing.
4. Professional secrecy
Under Turkish Law no. 3568, certified public accountants are bound by a duty of professional secrecy regarding information they learn. Information reaching the office is protected under that duty.
5. Who it is shared with
Your information is shared only to the extent processing on the following providers' infrastructure is unavoidable:
- Hosting and e-mail infrastructure: the server service running this site and the office mailbox.
- Content delivery network (Cloudflare): site traffic passes through this network for security and speed. Aggregate visit statistics are also collected (Cloudflare Web Analytics), which uses no cookies and does not profile individuals.
- Google Maps: only for the map frame on the Contact page; displaying the map causes your browser to request content from Google.
Lawful requests from competent public authorities are also honoured. There is no other third-party sharing.
6. How long we keep it
- Contact messages: a reasonable period after the correspondence ends; at most 2 years.
- Job applications: at most 1 year after assessment, then deleted.
- Server access logs: for the infrastructure provider's technical retention period.
Where legislation prescribes a longer period, that period applies.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Forms use CSRF protection, a bot-protection question and a honeypot field. The admin panel is password protected and closed to search engines.
8. Cookies
No advertising or analytics cookies are used. See the Cookie Policy for details.
9. Your rights
To exercise your rights under Article 11 of Turkish Law no. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, follow the procedure described in the KVKK Disclosure Notice.
10. Changes
This policy is updated when necessary. The effective date is shown at the top of the page.
